Minho Kim (he/him/his)
Minho was a Ph.D. student in Dr. Stasiewicz’s lab from South Korea and graduated in May of 2024. He earned B.S. in Food Science and Technology from Chung-ang University and a M.S. in Food Science and Technology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
He worked on simulating dairy powder products to improve food safety sampling plans, corn starch safety, and risk assessment of raw poultry products. Minho went on to pursue a Postdoctoral Fellow position at USDA-ARS.
He likes outdoor activities, including playing tennis, hiking, and biking.
