Our Team

Dr. Matthew J. Stasiewicz

Dr. Stasiewicz is an Associate Professor of Applied Food Safety in the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He is the PI for the CPS research which funded the development of this tool (Project 2023CPS08).

Dr. Martin Wiedmann

Dr. Wiedmann is a Gellert Family Professor in Food Safety in the Department of Food Science at Cornell University. He is the Co-PI for the CPS research which funded the development of this tool (Project 2023CPS08).

Gabby Pinto

Gabby is a Ph.D. Candidate at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She is advised by Dr. Stasiewicz.

Cecil Barnett-Neefs

Cecil is a Ph.D. Student at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He is advised by Dr. Stasiewicz.

YeonJin Jung

YeonJin is a Ph.D. Student at Cornell University. She is advised by Dr. Wiedmann.

Luke Qian

Luke is a Postdoctoral Associate at Cornell University under Dr. Wiedmann.
